Processing Time Policy

Please review our processing time in detail:

-Our processing time is 21-28 business days (Business days are considered Monday-Friday** All order placed over the weekend will begin processing on Monday)

Rush Processing Time is consider under 28 days and is subject to a rush fee which most rush fees are listed under the listing. 

- If you are placing your order outside of our processing time and rush is not listed, Please email us at npressedcollections@gmail.com if your order is outside of the normal processing. Include your order number in the subject line and the request rush time frame. You will be sent a separate invoice with the additional fees. Once paid your requested processing time will start. Invoice is expected to be paid within 4 hours of receiving or the fee can increase. 

-Proof is also expected to be approve within 4 hours if rush processing time has been requested. It is urgent that this process moves quickly in order for us to have proper time for production. 

Holiday Observance Notice

N’Pressed Collections observes all major United States federal holidays. Orders are not processed on these days, and processing times will resume on the next business day.

The holidays observed include:

    •    New Year’s Day

    •    Martin Luther King Jr. Day

    •    Presidents’ Day 

    •    Good Friday 

    •    Memorial Day 

    •    Juneteenth 

    •    Independence Day 

    •    Labor Day

    •    Columbus Day 

    •    Veterans Day 

    •    Thanksgiving 

    •    Christmas Day 

Orders placed on or around these holidays may experience slight processing delays as our team takes time to observe these days.

Processing time DOES NOT include shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number to your email or the cell phone number you provided during check out. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order.
